9-week shell to trading shop. Working within the departure lounge of a busy airport that was going through a massive regeneration. Hurdles with regards to H&S and all deliveries having to be made during hours no passengers or flights were overcome and Oliver Bonas had their first shop in an airport.
Works Undertaken
- Installation of Unistrut sub-ceiling to carry services and MF Ceiling
- Electricians installed complete wiring system for the lights, HVAC, music system, PA system, data and cctv
- Polycarbonate folding glazed shutter
- Decorations throughout including spraying the ceiling, decorations of walls and installation of decorative concrete wall panels
- New partition walls and MF ceiling to form staff area and changing rooms
- Installation of bespoke fixtures, fittings and display equipment
- Flooring was vinyl flooring back-of-house while the sales area had polished concrete panels
- Sprinkler system and Fire & PAVA systems
- Signage
